Archō’s Syndicated Platform for Advocacy Intelligence.
Lead with intelligence. ELAVAY is the syndicated Advocacy Intelligence platform. It shows how patient communities perceive your organization, where you lead, where gaps remain, and what must happen next. Benchmarking back to 2015 across 20+ disease states. Each year, we ask 20,000 patient advocacy organizations, professional societies, and community-based organizations to participate in ELAVAY's fielding to ensure we capture the full spectrum of patient advocacy organizations in the industry.
The ELAVAY Advocacy Intelligence study is a snapshot in time. It measures perception, never the team’s effort or impact. It is an opportunity to understand how each organization’s work is perceived, how it compares to others, and where to improve the organization while addressing the needs of patient advocates and patients.
Reach is not respect
Reach is not respect. ELAVAY 2026 measures pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies two ways: reach (the breadth of advocacy attention a company earns) and regard (the quality of the relationship as advocacy organizations rate it). The winners are not the same. Scale buys reach. It does not buy respect.
Bring both scores into the room. That is how peers win budget and earn a seat where decisions get made.
Three cuts. Same picture.
Lowest-scoring attribute
In ELAVAY 2026, access to company leadership is the lowest-scoring relationship attribute among all respondents, at 5.07 on a 7-point scale. It ranks last in every 2026 cut (all-respondent 5.07; mental health 5.73; oncology 5.30).
Widest demand-supply gap
In ELAVAY 2026, systemic barriers to equity is the widest demand-supply gap among all respondents: industry support 3.09, advocacy desire 5.22, gap +2.13 on a 7-point scale. It is the largest such gap in every measured 2026 cut (all-respondent +2.13; mental health +2.93; oncology +1.93). The diabetes cut does not field demand tables.
A deficit in every area
In ELAVAY 2026, advocacy interest exceeds industry support in all 30 program areas. Every area shows a deficit; mean gap 1.30 points.

What advocacy leaders do with ELAVAY.
The ELAVAY Survey was the foundation of our continued defense as the industry's number one patient advocacy function for over ten years.
The feedback from the survey is quite insightful. We all work hard, but until you know the community's perception, you really don't know if you are effective. The survey provides feedback, and the granular comments offer better insights about their challenges.
